Gigtarfélag Íslands has worked for people living with rheumatic disease since it was founded on 9 October 1976, through education, rehabilitation, advice and groups around the country. The day after its fiftieth birthday, four singers and a school choir mark the anniversary in Grafarvogur Church: Sigríður Thorlacius, Jónas Sig, Ágústa Eva and Stebbi Jak, with the choir of Menntaskólinn að Laugarvatni. Admission is free.
