Léttsveit Reykjavíkur gives its Christmas concert twice in one afternoon, at half past two and at five, with a band. It is a women's choir of about a hundred singers, and as its name says (léttur means light) it keeps to the lighter repertoire. It began in the autumn of 1995 under the wing of Kvennakór Reykjavíkur, the Reykjavík Women's Choir, and Gísli Magna has conducted it since 2012. Tickets will be sold through tix.is, and no price has been published.
