A Midsummer Night's Dream in Hof

The orchestra repeats the last concert of its season in Hof in Akureyri, without the Copland Dance Symphony that is played in Eldborg the evening before. Barbara Hannigan conducts and sings. The programme is four movements of Mendelssohn's music for A Midsummer Night's Dream, a waltz from a Richard Rodgers musical, and Billy Barnes's At the Fair arranged by Hannigan and Bill Elliott. About an hour and a half with an interval.
