Dimmalimm with Píanókvartettinn Negla

Presented by Harpa

Muggur's drawing of Dimmalimm, a small princess with a crown, in a blue top and a pink skirt under an arch of flowers and climbing stems with a crown at its peak.
Picture: Muggur (Guðmundur Thorsteinsson)

The story of Dimmalimm, the little princess and the swan, which Muggur wrote and drew in 1921, is told in Hörpuhorn to music by Atli Heimir Sveinsson, arranged by Þórður Magnússon. Píanókvartettinn Negla plays and Sigríður Ásta Olgeirsdóttir sings. It takes half an hour and is given twice on the same morning, at half past ten and half past eleven. Admission is free and there are no tickets to collect.
