Fögnuður, Raust sings for its conductor

Raust, a mixed choir, sings for its conductor Hrafnhildur Blomsterberg on her seventieth birthday. For decades she has worked with children and teenagers in the choirs of Hafnarfjörður, and many of the singers first met choral music with her as teenagers, in Kór Flensborgarskólans and Flensborgarkórinn; she also ran the Súfistinn café with her family. The evening brings the first performance of Til fundar við skýlausan trúnað, which Hreiðar Ingi Þorsteinsson wrote for her and the choir. He wrote Rauði riddarinn for her and Kór Flensborgarskólans in 2005. A ticket is 4,900 krónur.
